New this year, a scrumptious Brunch Buffet!

Brunch is available only to ticketholders for Brunch and Reserved Tables/Brunch, so be sure to purchase your tickets including brunch to enjoy! Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available!



 

Ticket Levels

GENERAL $45

  • Entry Only. Ticket does not include brunch.

BRUNCH $85

  • Includes entry, one pass at the Brunch Buffett, seating on first-come-first served at a NON-RESERVED table. Individual chairs provided or bring your own seating.

RESERVED TABLE & BRUNCH $125

  • Includes entry, one pass at the Brunch Buffett, one FREE seat cushion. Seating at a table for 8 inside the tent for the entire event.

Tickets can be upgraded at the entrance:

General to Brunch Add $40 per person

Brunch to Reserved  Add $40 per person

General to Reserved  Add $80 per person

Important Information for Day of Event

Limited parking will be available at the Sierra Meadows Station, or you can take the shuttle from anywhere in town to Mammoth Creek Park and walk into the event from there.  The shuttles will still be running after the event is over to get you back home.  There will be limited handicap parking available up by the cabin.  We encourage use of the Town Shuttle system and walking to the Hayden Cabin along the path from the parking lot, or along the Town bike path.


Purchasers of Reserved Table/Brunch tickets will find your name, or the name of the head of your group located on the tables toward the stage.  Purchasers of Brunch and General Admission tickets may find a seat of your choosing on a first-come-first-served basis at a non-reserved table or individual chairs provided.  You may save your seat by placing a cushion, jacket, etc. and we will leave it up to the people seated in these seats to accommodate each other.   You are welcome to bring your own seating or blanket to be placed outside of the tent.  Only purchasers of the Reserved Table/Brunch tickets will be provided seats at reserved tables.


BE SURE TO BRING YOUR TICKET CONFIRMATION WITH YOU. NO ENTRY WITHOUT A TICKET CONFIRMATION.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  General Admission Tickets will be available at the door.  Please dress for the outdoors in the mountains, wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket for your comfort!  Brunch is available ONLY to ticketholders for Brunch and Reserved Tables/Brunch.  If still available, tickets may be upgraded at the gate for the additional cost difference.  Desserts and some cheese/cracker trays and snacks will be available for cash purchase at the event around 3:00 p.m. An all-day cash bar will be available with an assortment of beverages, along with a coffee booth.  NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR ALCOHOL PERMITTED.  NO DOGS ALLOWED.  EVENT WILL GO ON RAIN OR SHINE.  NO REFUNDS.
